I’m Ryan Hansen, your host of Sweat Equity. I’ve been working out since I was 12—whether it was on the field, under a barbell, or out on a trail. I’ve done it all: bodybuilding, strongman competitions, obstacle course races, jiu-jitsu, and most recently, ran a half marathon. Fitness has always been my foundation.
But I bring that same grit to real estate. I’ve managed and built Airbnbs, worked hands-on in construction, and now serve as a full-time Realtor helping others build long-term wealth through property.
